DESCRIPTION:5Rhythms in Nature with Jenny Fahy.\n\nRain\, hail or shine\, the local beech woods is an ideal place to host us. Silent-disco type headsets provided. Must be pre-booked.\n\nDance is from 11am to 12.30pm.\n\nSide entrance to Knockanacree Woods\, on Step Road.\n\nJenny will facilitate the dance space. Everyone gets their own headset\, and Jenny communicates with you all through the headsets.\n\nBring a water bottle\, wear layers of clothing. Bring a jacket with a hood please - in case of rain showers\, you need to be able to cover up your head\, to protect the headsets from water damage.\n\nAlso\, I would suggest you bring a full change of clothes\, in case of rain showers\, so you can change afterwards. This is particularly relevant for classes in the Autumn.\n\nBringing a yoga mat/blanket can also be nice for outdoor dancing as it give you the opportunity to lay down on the ground\, and move close to the earth (mat is good in case of damp ground).\n\nDancing in Shoes is recommended in the Woods due to uneven ground and to avoid wood splinters.\n\nPlease arrive on time\, or before\, so we can all get the headsets at the beginning and begin together\, by walking up from the car-park together.\n\nNB: When you book you will give me your mobile number so I can text if we need to do a last minute cancellation due to adverse weather. If I post-pone I will give you credit for another outdoor session\, and if you need to cancel\, do so at least 24 hours before\, and I will transfer your credit to another class. Cancellation within 24 hours\, you forfeit your payment. Class will happen with drizzly rain but not if it's downpours etc.\n\nBook on https://bookwhen.com/jennyfahy#focus=ev-s58wf-20261017110000\n\n
